Keen to meet others in similar ministry roles from churches around New Zealand?
WHAT?
Summit is an event for key leaders from Youth, Administration, Children and Families, Prayer and Church Equipping ministries. Each ministry group will meet as a separate track with content relevant to their specific ministry area.
Time spent in tracks will allow ministry leaders from different churches to get to know each other, learn from one another, sit under great teaching, and pray for our movement.
There will also be opportunities to connect with others from different tracks and make new friends.

WILL THE ACCOMMODATION BE SHARED?

CAN I GET TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE VENUE?
We can arrange transport for you. When you register, our events manager will get in touch with you if you indicate you need transport on your registration form.
IS ANYONE ELSE DRIVING FROM MY REGION?
We will aim to pair you up with others driving from your region if possible. Our events manager will get in touch with you if you indicate you need transport on your registration form.
CAN I SWAP TO A SESSION IN ANOTHER TRACK?
We encourage you not to. Ministry Summit is a time of connection, encouragement and support with others in a similar ministry environment.
IS THERE TIME TO MEET IN OUR CHURCH TEAMS?
Ministry Summit is a time to connect with those in similar ministries around New Zealand. We hope it is a time to have conversations, resource sharing and support. We are the body of the church and we use our different gifts to support the rest of the body. As Ministry Summit develops over the next few years, we will look to incorporate time for you to meet in your church teams. This year we encourage you to make time with your church team after the Summit to discuss what you have learnt and how you can work together to apply it in your contexts.
I'M ATTENDING SUMMIT WITH MY SPOUSE. CAN WE HAVE A ROOM TOGETHER?
Of course! Unfortunately there are no rooms with double beds but there is a limited amount of rooms with 2 single beds. Married couples will be given priority for these.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

DO I NEED TO BRING LINEN/BEDDING?
Some rooms have linen/bedding provided; while others do not. Due to restrictions on luggage, we will first be offering the rooms with linen to those travelling by air. Those driving to Ministry Summit will likely be asked to bring their own linen/bedding. Please note: this will depend on the total number of people attending.
