Gifted and biblical leaders are grown not found.
How can we create an environment that cultivates them in our NextGen ministries?
Join us for the 2024 NextGen Summit as we explore some key components of growing a leadership development culture as modelled in Scripture.
By wrestling together within a biblical framework, as we share our own experiences and contexts, we will see how we can consistently grow our next generation leaders.
NextGen Summit 2024
21-23 October 2024
Willow Park, Auckland
Join us for three days, where we will explore what it takes to cultivate a biblical leadership development culture.
Who is NextGen Summit for?
Leaders working in churches or camps who are serving in, or growing leaders for NextGen ministry (children and family, youth, and young adults). We encourage people to consider who they could bring along with them from their context.
NextGen Summit is for leaders from CCCNZ/Open Brethren heritage churches.
Why come to NextGen Summit?
Join us for a mixture of whole group sessions, workshops, small group discussions, as well as some time to rest and connect.
All of these opportunities are interactive, practical, theologically-formed and there to help shape and form the way you cultivate leaders in your context.

Programme
"Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ from him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."
- Ephesians 4:15,16
We'll be unpacking Ephesians 4:11-16 in our four 'together' sessions, followed by cross ministry discussion groups. These are designed to help us understand what God's Word is saying and work through possible application together.
You'll have a choice between two workshops:
