More than 800 people from over 30 churches gathered for this year’s Impact Conference, united around the theme Persevering Church.
The theme was warmly received, with a positive response from attendees who were encouraged to keep pressing on in faith, even when weariness sets in. Throughout the weekend the general sessions and seminars proved widely encouraging. Many attendees especially appreciated hearing from international speaker Dr Carl Hargrove, along with local speakers Pastor Andre Bay and Pastor Matthew Johnston.
Open Brethren Heritage churches represented included Riverbend Bible Church, Onekawa Bible Church, Fenton Park Bible Church, Heretaunga Community Church (Upper Hutt) and others—reflecting the breadth of fellowship and shared commitment across New Zealand and beyond.
