We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• Name

• Contact information.

• Location

• Affiliation to a specific church, ministry, or campsite

• Interactions with us

• Billing information relating to, for example, events you attend

We collect this information to enable us to process a specific request or to be able to communicate with you and improve our service to you. We may also collect information about you from others (such as your administrator or ministry leaders). If we do, we will let you know as soon as practicable, in line with our obligations under IPP 3A of the Privacy Act 2020.

Providing the information is optional. But, if you choose not to provide your contact details and church, campsite, or ministry affiliation, we will be unable to communicate with, and serve you effectively.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allow certain staff to access it. We keep your information only while we are in relationship with you. In a situation where the relationship is terminated when, for example, you leave the church that is affiliated with the movement, the information we have about you is deleted.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. We will respond to your request within 20 working days.
