At Lead Well 2026, we’re focusing on equipping leaders to teach the whole story of Scripture to all generations.
We’ll explore how the overarching meta-narrative of the Bible shapes faith formation and transforms how we teach, disciple, and lead today.
You'll leave Lead Well equipped to help learners of all ages engage Scripture meaningfully—seeing every part point to the bigger gospel picture of who God is and what he is doing in the world through Christ.
Whether you lead a team, or are a part of a team and want to upskill, or you are a church leader who is investing in emerging leaders, this event will offer fresh insight, encouragement, and vision for ministry anchored in one story: God's Story.

Join us for three days to explore what it looks like to lead well—teaching the whole story of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation.
Who is Lead Well for?
Leaders working in CCCNZ/Open Brethren Heritage churches or camps who are serving in and growing leaders for ministry among children and families, youth & young adults. We have a number of church teams who come together as key leaders, along with elders and pastors.

Lead Well is most valuable when you come as a team, contributing, connecting and learning together to grow a shared vision for ministry and create lasting impact.

Lead Well has a mixture of whole group sessions, workshops, small group discussions, as well as some time to rest and connect with leaders from all over the country.
All of these opportunities are interactive, practical, theologically-formed and designed to give you and your team tools to faithfully teach the big story of Scripture.
