As Auckland Enabler, Richard works among CCCNZ and Open Brethren heritage churches to grow connections across greater Auckland. Richard is passionate about helping churches and service providers to work together to grow leaders for church flourishing, revitalisation, and planting.
Richard has served as Senior Pastor in an inner city Auckland church, and as a theological consultant, and has taught the Bible and ministry related subjects within Aotearoa, New Zealand and overseas since 2007. His overseas ministry has included The Sudan, Vietnam and, more recently, Nepal. Richard and his wife, Karen, attend Wiremu Street Bible Chapel, and make their home in Mangere, Auckland.

Marina Shannon is the North Shore/West Auckland Youth Enabler. Marina is the youth pastor at Orewa Community Church where she has served since 2014. She is passionate about evangelism and enjoys teaching. She also works part time as a physiotherapist.
Scott Doddrell is the Central East/South Auckland Youth Enabler. Scott has been involved in local church youth ministry for about 20 years serving at Manurewa Bible Chapel. He is employed by Word of Life NZ where he oversees local church youth ministry in the North Island and is passionate about supporting, encouraging and developing the next generation of youth workers in New Zealand.
Aaron Hodgson is the Waikato Youth Enabler. Aaron completed his BMin over in Adelaide before taking on the role of youth pastor at Raleigh St Christian Centre in Cambridge at the start of 2018 working with the high school aged ministry and the 24/7 youth work in schools programme.
Kerry Rickard is the CCCNZ PastorLINK Enabler for Manawatū. Kerry is Discipleship Pastor at Kingston Community Church where he serves with his wife, Aliza, and their family. In a previous season of life he was involved in primary education as a teacher and then principal. Kerry has a deep passion to see strong and gifted people released into leadership roles within our churches as they are equipped and discipled by spiritual shepherds.
Kerry has been released one day a week to invest in the development of the PastorLink National Leadership Team and its implementation of the vision of sustaining ministry.

Brad de Villiers
Brad de Villiers is the Wellington Youth Enabler. Brad has been involved in youth ministry for 17 years, all within the Wellington Region. He started as a church intern in Karori. I then ran the Karori Youth Drop-in Centre for the council, for 2.5 years. He is the youth pastors at The Anchor where he has been involved with young people for over 13 years including working in Aotea College (24-7) and in other youth-related settings.
Matt Meek is the Youth Enabler for the Canterbury Region. Matt is the youth pastor at Riccarton Community Church where he has served since 2010. He is passionate about reaching young people, releasing them into their God given potential and dreams, and supporting other youth pastors to do the same.
National Youth Team Enablers
Murray is the CCCNZ National Youth Enabler where he works alongside the National Youth Team (regional youth enablers) supporting youth ministries in our movement's churches. He has over 35 years experience in youth ministry, including serving as a youth pastor, denominational leadership (national and regional) and 12 years lecturing in youth ministry at Carey Baptist College. He has taught widely both in NZ and overseas, and has acted as a youth ministry consultant for churches and has been a supervisor/mentor to many youth pastors.

Donna Grant is part of the National Youth Team with a focus on Coaching. Donna has over 10 years of youth ministry experience ranging from being an intern to a Youth Pastor at Crossroads in Palmerston North where she completed a Diploma in Theology and a Diploma in Family Studies . She's a full time mum to two children and intends to eventually resume her studies to complete a Bachelor in Counselling, with a focus on youth and families.
