EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & BOARD SECRETARY - TE MARU CHRISTIAN CAMPS
Part Time Role - 24 hrs a week - Auckland - $35 per hour

About the role
We are seeking a calm, capable Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO and serve as Board Secretary for Te Maru.
This is a trusted, relational role focused on:
Supporting the CEO to lead well
Bringing clarity, rhythm, and follow‑through
Supporting strong, well‑organised Board governance
The primary focus is supporting the CEO and Board. There is some occasional wider support, but this is not a general organisational administration role.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the CEO
Managing diary, meetings, and scheduling
Preparing agendas, papers, and briefing materials
Tracking follow‑ups and commitments
Supporting communication, travel, and logistics
Anticipating needs and providing proactive, thoughtful support
Supporting the Te Maru Board
Acting as Board Secretary
Coordinating Board meetings and preparing meeting packs
Taking clear, accurate minutes and tracking actions
Maintaining Board records and documentation
Supporting good governance processes with care and professionalism
Occasional wider support
Providing limited and occasional administrative support to the SLT and Support Office as agreed
Assisting with coordination or small improvement tasks as capacity allows
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior support role
Is highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Exercises sound judgement and handles confidential information with care
Is comfortable working closely with a CEO and supporting Board processes
Communicates clearly and professionally
Enjoys enabling others to do their best work
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who resonates with a relational, values‑driven way of working — someone who brings integrity, humility, care for people, and a desire to contribute to something meaningful.

FIELD EDUCATION LEAD - PATHWAYS COLLEGE OF BIBLE & MISSION
Part Time Role - 16 hrs a week
Pathways College of Bible & Mission (PCB&M), is seeking a Field Education Lead.
Role Purpose
The Field Education Lead ensures that field education, a significant component of Pathways’ diploma programmes, effectively integrates theory and practice, thereby preparing students for highly practical forms of service in real-world ministry contexts. The Lead responsible for ensuring that field education is delivered with academic rigour, theological integrity, and high-quality student support. This role also entails teaching several papers within both diploma programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and deliver all aspects of field education at Pathways College of Bible & Mission, which specifically includes the following:
Teaching Responsibilities.
The Lead prepares and delivers several field education papers, namely: MIN510A Supervised Ministry Training (30 credits); MIN510B Extended Supervised Ministry Training (30 credits); DCL604 Working With Groups (15 credits); and DCL606 Leadership in Context (30 credits).Student and Placement Relationship Management.
The Lead develops relationships with students and their mentors, ensuring robust processes are followed in placement organisations and assisting students in resolving issues pertaining to internships or placements.Academic Management.
Participation on internal boards dealing with academic management (e.g., Academic Board; Board of Examiners) and working with academic staff on activities pertaining to academic management.Field Education Development.
Improving existing field educational offerings and developing new offerings in accordance with best practices in field education.
