REACH BEYOND: ADMINISTRATOR- 30 HOURS PER WEEK

Administrator extraordinaire needed. Working in a fun, faith based environment with a small team of Kingdom focused, grace based people.

Reach Beyond is an international mission agency with a rich 85 year history of sharing the Good News of Jesus with the least reached through media, healthcare and community development. We are looking for just the right person to join our team.

Requirements of role:

• A strong Christian faith and a desire to do something that counts.

• Willingness to learn, upskill and lift performance

• Experience in accounts using Xero

• Social media smarts,

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe suite (InDesign, Acrobat).

• The desire to laugh lots and to care about their job.

You will be running the office, supporting our Executive Director and our team of 5 missionaries. This includes booking flights and arranging itineraries for short term mission teams as well as receipting gifts, doing the accounts, helping with publicity, praying and enjoying an empowering job.

MMM OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

MMM New Zealand are seeking someone who wants to see churches and organisations with the facilities they need to effectively be sharing the Gospel. This administration role requires a flexible people person, who is well organised with problem solving skills and a sense of humour to join our team. The Administrator role is an important role as it is the first contact people have when they contact MMM for support or to volunteer.
