PASTOR - HILLCREST CHAPEL

Hillcrest Chapel is an evangelical church congregation affiliated with Christian Community Churches of New Zealand (CCCNZ). Built on our Open Brethren heritage we value devotion to God, His word, and the tenets of the Christian faith as described by the Nicene Creed.

We seek expressions of interest for the role of Pastor. Are you being called to serve a church in the Waikato region? Do you desire to partner with a congregation seeking to love God with all their heart, soul, minds, and strength? We would love you to consider this role.

YOUTH PASTOR (PART TIME) - CITY BIBLE CHURCH

Based in the heart of Frankton, Kirikiriroa (Hamilton), City Bible Church is an intergenerational, multicultural church. We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Pastor to join us on a part-time basis.

First and foremost, we are looking for someone who has a desire to see Youth grow spiritually. You’ll be a key member of our experienced leadership team, joining us as we work within our local community.

As Pastor of Youth, you will be developing an effective team of young leaders, whom you will mentor and lead intentionally. You’ll be an enthusiastic and inspirational leader, who enjoys teaching/training, having fun, and leading others. 

In addition to this, you’ll have completed relevant theological training, have pastoral experience, and be growing in your teaching and communication skills. You’ll be a natural and inspiring leader, have the ability to navigate a wide range of diverse environments, and be able to engage meaningfully with people from all walks of life.

This is a permanent part time role working 10 hours per week, which will involve working flexible hours (outside of usual business hours) to suit the needs of the youth ministry. The hourly rate for this position will be discussed with the successful candidate in accordance with skills and experience.

CHILDREN'S PASTOR - SUMMIT CHURCH

To help us continue to live out this core value, we are looking to add to our staff team by appointing a part time dynamic & creative Children’s Pastor who will be responsible for providing leadership to the Summit Kids ministry, and its large team of committed volunteers.
We are excited about the right person becoming a valued member of our pastoral staff, as well as bringing energy and leadership to our kids’ programs. They will have a passion for God, a deep love for children, and strong Christian character. They will have experience working with children in either a volunteer or paid capacity, have clear leadership abilities, and will be confident in an up front role.
Summit Church Botany is an independent, evangelical church with a main congregation in Botany, as well as a new church plant in Hastings. We are a vibrant, multi-ethnic church that is committed to extending God’s grace to one another and our local communities.
